Eighmee and I took her parents to Monterey yesterday for the 30 anniversary. We went to the Aquarium, shopped some, and had dinner at McFlys. It was raining a bit, but we had a great time.

I've been sticking with the runs and bike rides pretty well.

We went to the WonderCon comic convention in SF today. Eighmee and Ryan bought a lot of comic shit, afterwards we stopped at Mike's Bikes a few blocks away (from the Moscone Center) and I bought a Specialized Tricross Comp bike for $1500 + tax. Looking forward to it's first 'big ride', but it smokes on the few runs I just did up and down the street. :o)

Wuddup. Work has been busy. We're trying to upgrade to a new version our medical management software by April, and I've taken on responsibilities of a few others to help aide the transition.

Ever since the first of the year I've been running and biking a lot more. I'm trying to get into a habit of running six miles on even days and cycling 20 miles on odd days. So far I've been pretty well, and kept it up for several weeks. My right ankle has been huring off and on as the body has become more used to the punishment.

The Superbowl 40 was pretty cool. We're not big football fans but we had ryan and kitt over and chips and cheese dip, and brownies while enjoying the game.

This past Saturday Mike called and said they were picking up mom and heading the John's Incredible Pizza for lunch and invited me. We had a great time and the food was great. Bella loved all the activities they had there. Very cool place.
