End of another weekend. Ryan went to a Drift competition down in Irwindale, Ca this weekend. Eighmee and I had a pretty quiet weekend. We played Ultima Online hunting "Tukuna Arties" (don't ask hehe) through most of the days, and watched The Neverending Story on Saturday night, and The Terminator Sunday night after the Academy Awards.

I called Diablo Autobody Friday and they gave a new guess that the Pilot would be complete by Monday. Today. It remains to be seen if they call or not, but they do good work so I'm not gonna pressure them.

So, what's goin on? Not much. It supposed to rain all week. Yesterday was Valentine's Day. I took Eighme a rose in a vase to her office at UOP. When we got home I read a bit of a new book I picked up, "Charles Schwab's Guide to Financial Independance", then crashed on the couch from about 5:30 till about 9. Ryan came over and he and Eighmee watched Ghost Ship. Eighmee's and I had watched it the night before , so I wasn't too interested. I played a bit of Halo. In other news, I'm apparently supposed to get my car back on Tuesday of next week. It'll be nice to be able to give Eighmee's parents their car back, after having it for over two months. hehe That's about that...

Well I haven't blogged in a while, mostly because there's really nothing to blog about. Yesterday was Superbowl Sunday, and we watched the Patriots defeat the Eagles. We had Ryan, Sean, Kitt, and Andrew over. Andrew and I made some homemade donuts that everyone loved. Eighmee's been quite sick since last Thursday. She stayed home from work Friday, and today (Monday). I'm at home with her now for the first part of the day, and I'll probably be going into work in a little bit. Just working from home now.

I got a call last week from Diablo Autobody. They said they finally got all the parts in, and my car should be repaired sometime around the 22nd or 23rd of this month. That'll make it well over 2 months since it was hit while parked, by a DUI driver outside our apartment. It's been totally rad that Eighmee's mom's been willing to give up her CRV this whole time. It's great gas milage has saved me a few bucks during these holiday months.

I'm still battling transient problems with my computer. Last week I installed a new Enermax powersupply, and replaced my existing Kingston RAM with a matching stick of Corsair. But I'm still getting application exceptions, and BSOD's forcing me to reboot usually 2-3 times a day. Almost always while playing games. Last night I got a System Event noting an iminent drive failure. I imagine this will be my next course of action... :o(
