Wuddup. We didn't do much this past weekend. Very nice after last weekend's emergency run out to HMB. I took Friday off. Played a ton of Ultima Online. Ate lots of fast food. And that's about it. Alen stopped by on Saturday night. Sunday we went to UJ's for dinner with Andrew and Mikey. Mikey'd hacked off all his hair and gotten ear rings which made for fun dinner conversation. hehe I biked a bit on Saturday (i think) and that was really it.

we had a pretty quiet weekend 'till sunday. mikey called us around noon and told us they'd been in a car accident and were stuck in Half Moon Bay. we asked who 'they' were and and he said him, his parents, and a visiting family from pensilvania who they were showing around california. a total of seven people; they weren't all going to fit in the Pilot with Eighmee and I.
we called ryan who had been washing his car with kitt and told him we needed to go on a rescue run. it took him an hour to clean up and get ready, but eventually we were off. there was relatively quite a bit of traffic for a random sunday heading out to the coast (and back).
eventually we made it there with the help of Sheila (our nav-system). they were waiting outside 'joe's dinner'. we picked them up and headed to the tow yard their car was stored at to pickup their belongings. their car (a 2001ish Chevy Tahoe) was pretty well wrecked. they were merging onto Hwy1 when they were hit by a Nissan Stanza that plowed into their left front wheel well and bent their tire all to hell.
luckily all were okay and we headed back home to stockton.

The past two weeks have been nuts. Tim's gone and now working at Medicalert. It's been slightly hellish, but we have HealthTrio running comfortably. Still lots of little issues, and and work to be done, but finally under control. It's been some nice overtime for all of us in Information Services working several nights till 8pm or so. Learning Tim's code has been a very daunting and educational experience. On Tuesday Jerry and I debugged his c# EDI windows service for about 5 hours straight before getting it right. Eighmee starting to look around for work, though her first application she put in here at HPSJ went unnoticed. :o(
Jerry's had Alex working from home on our data warehouse until he has the conversion complete, and today (Friday) is the first weve seen him in several days. He, Norman and I went to Macarroni Grill today for lunch. Yum.
Kitt and Ryan went for their Mount Hammilton drive last weekend which occured only with moderate success. They were last in the caravan leaving Stockton, and got stuck at an unchanging light in an area they were unfamiliar with. By the time they bought a map and finally made their way up Mount Hamilton, all the food was eaten (they'd paid $15 each for) They sounded like they had a good time. Kitt drive his WRX and said it was very draining. I remember driving Highway-1 very similarly, and I know Mount Hamilton was probably much worse.
Haven't been doing much at home. Started playing Serious Sam that I borrowed from Kitt. I also about halfway though playing FarCry on Challenging (my second time through). Been running and biking a bit on the weekends.

It's 4th of July weekend. Things at work are still busy, but a bit more under control. Yesterday was Mikey's birthday. Friday we drove to Modesto and picked him up. We bought him a b-day dinner at Red Lobster and he spent the night. After dinner we met Kitt and Sean and went to the Lodi Walmart for household supplies. Saturday we all slept in till about noon. I made pancakes for all of us for breakfast. Mikey played on Ryan's computer downloading video game preview videos and listening to music, while Eighmee played Ultima Online. I took off and gassed up the Pilot, and went to the bank and deposited the $600 that Ryan gave me for the San Diego trip last week (I spotted him for the car seats he bought.) When I got back Eighmee and I took Mikey back to Modesto and came straight back home. Ryan came over a bit later and played some UO, and I heated up some left-overs from Red Lobster for lunch. After lunch, I hopped on the bike and did a good long bike ride mainly around the residential area at the west end of Ben Holt. I eventually ended up at mom's house. We chatted a bit, and I refilled my water bottle before returning home. She's trying to get me to come over today and tomorrow to do a bunch of work around the house for her. When I got home we watched Deliverance which Eighmee picked up from WalMart on Friday. I was K.O. by the end of the movie.
