Mom's been bugging me to come by and help her strip and repaint her side gate. She called me on Saturday just after my previous blog and said she'd picked up the materials. So I got cleaned up and stopped by. We spent a good part of the day stripping the paint off. Though we didn't get it all off, we got a good 90%. The stuff we were using for stripping was some real nasty stuff called Jasco. The stuff burnned hot and fast if you got it on your skin, and though we were wearing thick gloves it was quite irritating to the hands even though gloves. Never the less, it sure got the paint off. So that was fun... then Sunday, yesterday was a good day of rest. We watched five episodes of Stargate SG-1, then last night Eighmee and I watched The Gift until the wee hours of the morning.

i took the day off on friday (yesterday) again. slept in, then went to lunch with the dudes from work to Cocoro's japanese restaraunt. then chilled out at home with Eighmee through the afternoon until Ryan came over after work. Then I headed out for a bike ride doing about 10 miles which included a round-trip to Ladds Marina, and then another round-trip to the country club at the west end of Alpine. When I got back I showered up and Eighmee, Ryan and I went to Shi Ra Soni for dinner (that's a lot of teriaki chicken in one day for me :o) After one helluva good dinner, we came back home and Kitt, Sean, and Andrew came over and we watched Master and Commander which Eighmee just recently bought. Great movie to end a great day. :o)

watched practical magic and made pancakes tonight. w00t. went for bike ride and walk w/ eighmee, ryan and nad.

Friday = took vacation day chilled w/ eighmee all day / Watched Kill Bill Vol1 w/ the gang. Went for walk.

Sat= Gang went to city centre theater and watched Kill bill Vol2. Went to Chili's afterwards. It rained like hell for about and hour then showered the rest of the night. Went for walk.

Sun = Went to Modesto w/ eighmee ryan and kitt. picked up Mikey from target starbucks. Went to Kriers comics. Went to IHOP. Dropped off Mikey and returned to Stockton. Went for walk. Watched 'Addicted to Love'

Friday I went for a bike ride to the west-most pennensula of Country Club Blvd here in Stockton just north of the golf course out there. It's a very nice area with many inspiring homes.

Saturday was a cleanup day around the apartment, and Kitt and Sean came over and we watched the Rocky Horrow Picture Show. It was fun.

Sunday was the day for Easter festivities. Eighmee and I got to my grandparents place around noon and had lots of good eats such as ham, sweet potatos, mashed potatos, peas, etc. It was a full house with mom, Mike, Jennifer (very pregnant), Alex and her friend Dre, Eddie and Justin, etc. around 5pm or so we headed home and prepared to leave to visit Eighmee's parents in Valley Springs. While at home Eighmee and I ordered new cellular phones from AT&T Wireless off the Internet. We're upgrading our Nokia 8260's to SonyEricsson T616's. Ryan came over and we all headed up to Valley Springs. All were doing well including her dad who was recovering from his arm injury / surgery.

Eighmee, Ryan, Kitt and I went out to dinner last night with Kitts mom at Red Lobster. A good way to spend a payday. :o)

Wuddup- it's saturday. Soon after I got up I hopped on the bike and rode about 10 miles this morning. From our apartment on Grouse Run (Stockton, Ca) I rode down to my work at the intersection of Fremont and Pershing, then back up north to the levy which I rode into the Brookside area taking the levy to Brookside Rd, then to March out west to Ladds Marina at it's furthest end point, then back around to Brookside Road, to the levy and back home. It was a good run that matches the distance I'll be riding in the Top Hat Classic on the 24th. Eighmee and Ryan spent the whole of the day on the computers; there was a Moonglow Spring Parade & Festivle in Ultima Online and they were the head of the parade. After my ride I showered and picked up around the apartment a bit, then got some rest. I had a $50 Dillards gift certificate burning a hole in my pocket from my birthday, so I headed over there about an hour ago and bought some new brown Doc Martin's shoes. W00t. Eighmee's crashed out on the couch now so I get a bit of computer time. :o)
